I unfortunately used this company which is a business from hell. They are based in london and have very BAD BAD customer service. Very ironic that they are called serviceteam. They allegedly provide domestic service. Would never use or recommend this company to any householder. POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY, POOR VALUE
I have written to several websites that encourage you to give opinion of your experience with certain companies. I have given them my honest opinion regarding my poor experience with serviceteam ltd. Now I have found out that this company based in London has made all these companies remove my honest experience. We need to warn and protect consumers. This is a reminder of my comments regarding service team based in london:
Had very poor service from a company called serviceteam ltd based in London. Ironic that they use the term service. Appalling service and so called customer service. Would NEVER recommend this company. Just see their terms and conditions and ask my neighbors what they did to me. I have now had the work redone by an excellent tradesman.
