Mr. KEN GRUBB know very well what he was told, so WHY WOULD I GIVE THE INFORMATION??? (RECOGNIZE THE STYLE OF COMMUNICATION Mr. KEN GRUBB?)
YES HE WAS TOLD SEVERAL THINGS FROM THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY AND HIS PARTICIPATION TO FIND OUT WHETHER THE INFORMATION WAS ACCURATE OR NOT TOGETHER WITH THE DIRECTOR WOULD PERHAPS HAVE STOPPED THE WHOLE SCAM...
BUT AS THE EVIDENCE WILL SHOW HE AND OTHER PARTIES OF THE "EKO COMMUNITY" as ONE EARLIER POST READ TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION THE COMPANY AND DIRECTORS WERE IN BY THE IZMIR NETWORK AND AUTHORITIES...
BE IT KNOWN THAT NO DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY EU AUTHORTIES; EU LAWYERS OR EU ORGANISATIONS HAS BEEN PRESENTED BY TURKISH AUTHORITIES; LAWYERS AND COURTS...

When you say "the directors of the company," are you talking about yourself? You're using the plural, so I'm confused on this one. What several things was I told? Are you saying that you asked for my participation to find out whether certain information was true? The only thing you asked me for was location information on someone in Izmir that you wanted to contact, and they didn't want to talk to you. And you said you'd go easy on me in this massive international investigation with 100 companies in 11 countries and a bunch of lawyers if I delivered up this information to you. And I didn't give it to you (why would I?).
I've read your post a few times and for the life of me I can't figure out what you're saying, or getting at... you really should study English a bit more.

By the EKO community, Bjorn means the corner pub some of the Izmir expat gather at, a place where Bjorn walked out owing them something like 1,500 Turkish Lira. Before storming off in what I think was a completely staged event, Bjorn called the owner a "son of a pig" (in a Muslim country).

I’m fed up go going backwards and forwards through this myriad of postings and trying to make sense out of it, let alone understand most of them.
But did I not read somewhere
A)Ken went to the Prosecutor and gave testimony?
B)The Prosecutor blew the case out of court?
If this is fact why the hell are you 2 slugging it out in here?
Or is this a case of Legalstories not liking the decision and throwing his toys out of the stroller?

| Not naive at all... Turkey isn't in the EU. It wasn't a judge, it was a prosecutor. He looked over all of Bjorn's evidence alleging "insult" and "threat," and found neither. He said that I had done nothing wrong, took an affidavit from me, and told me I didn't have to come back again. |

You worked for – or were conned into working for Gatewear
You loaned Bjorn/Leagalstories some money
He never paid you back
You bitched about him not honouring his debts in this forum
He took you (or tried to take you) to Court
The Judge threw out the case
And now he’s trying to trash you with these bits of Ass Wipe he keeps posting
Is that about the size of it or am I missing something?
What is this guy on, or more accurately which planet is he on.

So the case had nothing to do with the loan he never paid back, it was for "insult" and "threat" presumably the evidence was similar pile of ass wipe. Right? |

Right. The prosecutor read my post (which Bjorn submitted as evidence), and I re-read it in his office to make sure nothing had changed. He said that as far as he could see, I had not called Bjorn any insulting names, nor had I threatened him in any way.
Sorry to drag this out, but just for the record here, the prosecutor did ask me if I knew some of the people Bjorn is accusing me of being involved with in a conspiracy. Some of them I'd never met, some were names I'd never heard of, one I met like three years ago. There really wasn't much there to suspect me of involvement in any conspiracy.
Now I think it's time for Bjorn to accuse me of perjury. |

BTW can we take is as read that Legalstories is Bjorn, if not it’s no skin off my ass.
I’m still a confused with all these random posts that Bjorn puts up, does he ever stay on topic or does he have an attention dissorder?
I also have a question in my head about how accurate his posts actually are.
All I’m reading is a pile of horse **** involving people who this guy it seems owes money to alluring to a massive conspiracy against him going to the heart of the European Government. WOW....!

I wonder why the guy’s affidavits are laughed out of court.

www.glcc.com is a single page website containing no information other than an e-mail address. Registered to a person with a track record of not honouring his debts at a postal address where he is not known.
The claim is Gatewear Litigation Claimant Cooperation has a membership of 100 Companies in 11 different countries, how so many members came together from a single e-mail address beats me.
Could this be just true or figure of Legalstories imagination?
Certainly nobody else from GLCC has bothered to post in here up to now! (Unless you are one of them Ken)
Last but not least despite asking ad nausea where GLCC is registered I get no answer.
All I see is hot air threats and stage managed confusion from somebody who has lost the jelly out of their doughnut.

Well it sure looks like all the yadda yadda yadda from Legalstories has paid off.
Just check out how well "Bjorn Hultin and Scam" is scoring in Google.
If this guy wanted exposure he has sure got it – I'm not so sure if it’s the type of exposure he was hoping for though.
Still if you can’t stand the heat stay out of the kitchen...!
I Wonder how many of the 100 members from 11 Countries are reading this?
